Under the Distance Selling regulations you are entitled to a full refund from items purchased (less the shipping charges if applicable) from this website with 7 working days of receipt of goods. However the following items are excluded; custom cut/slit tapes (as mentioned below), custom printed tapes & labels and all batteries. All products must be unused and in their original condition and that you send back your proof of purchase, order confirmation or receipt with the goods (this can be found attached to the goods/packaging on delivery).
The return of these goods is at your cost. All returns need to be received within 14 days of receipt of goods, after this time refunds will no longer be accepted.
Refund exemptions.
All special orders, custom slit are exempt from refunds.
Special offers, free items and promotions.
Any free or promotional items must be returned with your original purchase in order for refunds to be processed.
What if my product is faulty?
If you feel that your product(s) is faulty please contact us immediately to book the return of your goods. We will either arrange collection or ask for you to return the goods. If the item(s) are found to be faulty your order will be refunded along with the additional postal/carriage charges incurred (a maximum of £6 Inc. vat). If you feel your return costs are higher than this, please contact kingfishertapes.co.uk before proceeding with your return.
You should include receipts/proof of purchase for the item(s) being returned and receipts for any postal/carriage costs you would like refunding. We strongly advise all returns to be sent via a recorded/insured delivery service as we will not be responsible for any goods lost or damaged during the return.
